Bamboo Beach Fusion Grille offers made-from-scratch Asian food with a twist.  Opened in 2006 at the Tiki Village Motel, and 3 years later moved to our present location downtown Vernon on Main Street.  Chef/co owner Yuki draws from all her experiences; Canadian, Japanese & international, to deliver a non traditional lunch and dinner menu blending Eastern and Western flavours.
